Last year, in April, a book came out
of photographs by the "Paparazzi
Princess". "Princess Paparazzi"
is in her 80s. She has taken snaps
of her most famous friends: Sean Connery
frolicking with Micheline and Gunger
Sachs, Yves Saint Laurent in Marrakesh,
Salvador Dali, Michael Douglas, Imelda
Marco chatting with Peter O'Toole,
the Getty family, racing drivers,
and European Princes, of course. She
said, "I am not like ordinary
paparazzo; at big dinner parties I
am there in evening dress - not on
a motorbike with a black leather outfit.
"She used to holiday with Maria
Callas and Aristotele Onassis on his
Greek Island. She is impressed by
originality. Her nickname, "Mammarazza"
(mother of the paparazzi), was given
to her by Princess Caroline of Monaco.
And so, "Mammarazza" has
given me the idea of producing my
own "Limited Edition" photographic
album of just 3,000 of my most intimate
friends to give as gifts at Christmas
and birthdays. What a wonderful idea!
