David Eulalio Neves - who was once my boyfriend, introduced me to all the people that worked in the "Cinema Novo", and took me to my first dinner parties. He was a very nice, young, very well-educated,serious shy boy, and very kind.

He was invited to the European Film Festivals and would give me beautiful gifts, he gave me my first white Levi's jeans. I still have them.

He also gave me the perfume "Replique" very fashionable at that time and we kept in touch until the last moment. I was really very closed to him ,and loved him very much.
